Version 1.0
Last updated: 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SapMap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SapMap is a web application for tracking maple syrup production, collections, boils, and related operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and promptly update it if it changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated data), is owned by SapMap and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit; by using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data to provide the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAPMAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limitations and dispute resolution) will survive termination.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., by requiring you to accept updated terms when you next log in). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Contact
